We had an amazing experience at the Light Hotel! We were traveling at Penang and decided to stay at this hotel for 10 days. The room was spacious for a family of four at their family room, towels were changed everyday, water bottles were replenished everyday, and the breakfast was fantastic! Kids can be very picky when it comes to food and I’m so glad that the food variety offered at the breakfast buffet able to fill my kids tummy! They have other services like a massage center (for moms to take a break from kids) and a small children playroom.

The staff were so warm and welcoming. They made our stay really great! Always greeting and smiling. Breakfast had such a variety and so many options. Even the pickiest of eaters would be placated. Even though we stayed over the busiest festive period, the dining area was able to accommodate hotel guests with ease and staff were trained to handle guests with ease. The room itself was comfortable. I loved the spa which offered such great value.

The breakfast spread is great. Good hospitality. Location near local attraction within walking distance. Ample parking space outdoor. Clean and very well maintained. Recommended to stay for short or long stay.

Outstanding 5 Star Hotel. We can highly recommend this hotel. We extended 2 times because of the extraordinary service and overall experience. Very very friendly personal who made us feel at home right away. Everybody went the extra mile to fulfil every request we had. We have stayed in a lot of hotels the last couple of years but this one is very special and offered the overall best experience so far. The breakfast was a dream come true. The gym is very well equipped and maintained with great machines and a free weight area. The standards offered by this hotel can be compared with every 5 star hotel in Europe and the service offered is even better then most of the 5 star hotels in Europe. Lovely experience for us with lots of great memory's made. We will definitely come back! Keep the good service up and don't change anything!

Fantastic hotel. Breakfast served buffet style with so many options, all delicious. Room was exquisite, clean and super comfortable with an amazing view with free upgrade when we arrived. Room service food also very tasty. Plenty of parking, which was free. Very courteous and attentive staff that really made it feel like a special/personal experience. Great pool and gym facilities. Extremely good 5 star experience.

There was an abundance of selection at the buffet. We loved being on the mainland which provided spacious surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful.

What I like? Choices of variety of food for breakfast, taste good. Chinese, Indian, Foreigners, Malays, all race will feels good about the food here. I just need 1 roti canai and 2 half boil egg with Malaysian Favorite Teh Tarik (my choice is less sugar). I had beed to many hotel since my mom haf stroke, for her relief, I'll take her out few nights to hotel staycation. Just sit in the room, nothing else... The only 1 place that I can feels like being at home. Plus side is they have Tamil Channel, so my mom or me will not feel bored. Most of other hotel, the food will not be good and the tv is just like exist but no function 🤣, not preference in terms of what we can watch. Quite stragegic location, nearby many place of interest. In a year I'll makd 2 or 3 visit to this hotel starting in 2019. No worries about cleanliness, super clean! If feels lazy, can have room dine in, but not everyday la...once or twice 🤩 Will definitely go again 😊
