What I like? Choices of variety of food for breakfast, taste good. Chinese, Indian, Foreigners, Malays, all race will feels good about the food here. I just need 1 roti canai and 2 half boil egg with Malaysian Favorite Teh Tarik (my choice is less sugar). I had beed to many hotel since my mom haf stroke, for her relief, I'll take her out few nights to hotel staycation. Just sit in the room, nothing else... The only 1 place that I can feels like being at home. Plus side is they have Tamil Channel, so my mom or me will not feel bored. Most of other hotel, the food will not be good and the tv is just like exist but no function 🤣, not preference in terms of what we can watch. Quite stragegic location, nearby many place of interest. In a year I'll makd 2 or 3 visit to this hotel starting in 2019. No worries about cleanliness, super clean! If feels lazy, can have room dine in, but not everyday la...once or twice 🤩 Will definitely go again 😊

Comfy bed although I think a bit dusty since the whole family sneezed when we went on the bed. Comfy and clean room overall. Nice facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast was the bomb ! Delicious and variety spread. BUT, you need to pay when you request for extra mineral water LOLLL. So if you have small kids, bring your own water to make the formula milk. Stated in the room, 'Replenished daily', but when I ask for extra water on the second day, nope cannot. Unless you are staying another night. I think that was a bit weird. But overall, good stay !

First of all the room is comfortable and the size matches what we paid for it. Complimentary toiletries provided are lesser than usual but no big deal. I especially love the staff. They are very kind and attentive. I had put a DND sign and they called me after I returned to ask if I need anything replenished. I also feel like the have a great crowd control for breakfast buffets. The food keeps getting refilled, the tables cleared soon as you finish, and they try to seat you as soon as they spot an open table. Just great service overall.

-We were welcomed by the nice smell of roses at the lobby & upon entering the room. -Check in process was smooth. The staff were really friendly & helpful. -The room including the bathroom were clean. -Breakfast was great. There are variety of menu to choose & it taste great. -Location was strategic. Near the Sunway carnival mall & 8 minutes travel to Penang Central.

The speed of the four lifts is very fast, and guests don't have to wait too long. The attitude of the service staffs is friendly, there are many guests for breakfast, but the service staffs can quickly entertain the guests. Beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby. Everything looks great in the hotel.
